Ordered at 17-28 and got confirmation email at 17-29. Food hadn’t turned up at 18-45 so phoned and was engaged costantly 42 times I phoned and couldn’t get through. Totally ruined my Saturday night as I had to go out at 8. Ended up getting something when out

My order has NOT been delivered. How do I get a refund????

Ordered threw the website was sitting for a hour before I phoned to get told they don't have a driver and never had a message or phone call to say I wouldn't be receiving my order bad management

There was no delivery Service non existing Time. Never happened

Meal was cancelled no reason given from hartys tried calling phone was engaged all the time

Nachos where dry. Kebab tasted funky. Cajun chicken tasted off. Chips where cold and soggy. This is not the same as the fourways don’t fall for it

It takes a little longer than estimated for delivery / but I factor that in and it’s always worth the wait! The food is very good and I will be ordering again.

We were left very disappointed with our order tonight, first time we have ordered and had high expectations because we frequent Hartys and always have a great meal! Firstly the portions were generous, but unfortunately the food was cold. The pastry on the steak pie was just mush after being put into a foil tray with the stew🤷🏻‍♀️ The stew itself was tasty after being reheated! The veg was good after reheating The chips were awful, rubbery tasted like stale reheats bin was the only fit pl

The food was fantastic, and there was something on the menu for everyone. Portion sizes were very generous.
